WEPL T20 Round 1 results. Frenchay v Downend – Downend won by 51 runs. Downend v Phoenix BWI – Phoenix BWI won by 13 runs. Frenchay v Phoenix BWI – Frenchay won by 30 runs (Tyler Alexander 74, Reece Bevan 59). As each team won game the calculators,abacus’s,and pens/paper came out. Frenchay were declared the winners under the rules of the competition.
Thanks to everyone who helped with a great day of cricket. We progress to the next round where we are in a group including Bristol and Winterbourne. Bristol will host on Sunday 16th June.
