Frenchay CC is holding its ‘ECB Club Open Day’ jointly with Downend and Frenchay Tennis Club on Sunday 7th August (10.00 – 2.30).
The day will publicise what the Clubs have to offer, and also display the Architect produced design showing the Preferred Scheme for the new Clubhouse to replace our ageing building.
The Tennis Club will be offering two, free ‘Taster sessions’ for anyone interested 12.15 – 1.00 and 1.15 – 2.00. The morning will also include a ‘6 a side U11 – U15 Girls Big Bash Festival’ for Teams from Clubs across Gloucestershire (10.00 – 12.00), following which all the participants are invited to the Brightside (County) Ground to watch the Western Storm v Surrey Stars Womens T/20 match (2.30). If your Daughter is a Cricket Club Member of Years 5 – 9, and wishes to take part in the Festival, please let Jim know (bycl@blueyonder.co.uk )
